Luxury Tented Accommodation
- 2 nights luxury tent accommodation (Fri/Saturday) at ADA.
- Includes bed and mattress, please bring your own blanket and pillow. No chair or veranda is included.

Standard Tented Accommodation

FAQs
How is accommodaction allocated?
For 2024, the base of Rallye Raid Adventure will be the Arminel Hotel.
Placing in the Arminel Hotel will be on a first come first serve basis to the first 80 entrants. After we have filled up the Arminel Hotel, riders will be placed in either the Hogsback Inn, Kings Lodge, May Lodge or The Edge. This placement is at the discretion of Red Cherry Events.
Do I need a GPS?
Yes, unless you choose to stick with a “GPS buddy” i.e a fellow rider who has a GPS. Riders will be given each day’s GPS route from which they navigate. The Garmin Etrex 22 or 10 OR the Garmin Montana come recommended.
What bikes are suitable?
Any street-legal adventure/sporting bike with semi off-road knobblies, as the terrain would be forest roads as well as some single track and gravel.
Can I ride both routes?
Due to the distances we would ride each day you are welcome to do both routes but may run out of time. If you prefer, you can branch off onto the easier route if you want to head back sooner or if the riding becomes a bit tough.
Rallye Raid 2024 Schedule
14:00 – 20:00 – Arrival
Arrive at ADA. Register & receive your Goodie Bag.
17:00 – Barrell Racing Contest
Sign up for free at registration to take part in a knock format of barrel racing around the ADA Skid pan. Put your name down at reg, limited to 16 riders.
19:00 – Dinner
A delicious meal awaits at ADA followed by an event presentation by the team from Red Cherry Events.
19:30 – Lemon and Lime live music
Settle into the chill zone and listen in as Lemon and Lime, local talent from Broederstroom perform live.
20:00 – Riders Briefing
Riders briefing and a look at what lies ahead.
20:30 – Night Caps
Perhaps a few quiet ones in the pub. Take it easy though boys and girls- a long day awaits you.
07:00 – Breakfast

08:00 – Let’s go!
Load your GPS device and follow either the RR1 or RR2 routes for the day.
13:00 – Lunch out on route
We will be having lunch out inside the lion park. This is a unique offering just for members of Rallye Raid Harties.
15:00 – Flying Fish Seltzer Tasting
Enjoy a few of the latest in Flying Fish Seltzers, complimentary and ICE cold delivered to you right at the finish line.
17:00 – Live Music By Adriaan
Let one of the local talents, Adriaan take you on a trip through time as he plays some of the classics of the modern era.
19:00 – Dinner
Debbie will be laying on a feast once again, ensure you have your armband on as this will be the only way to get access to the meal area at the event.
20:00 – Awards
We have a whole host of prizes to give away from ADA, Tyre Mart, Race Worx, Leatt and many more. Ensure you are there for Saturday and get settled in for what will be on helluva evening.
07:00 – Breakfast
Included in the package once again for all riders that have booked for the weekend
08:00 – RIDE!
Ensure your GPS is loaded with the routes for each day and follow either RR1 or RR2 on day 2.
13:00 – Lunch
Ensure you have your food voucher with you as this will be your access card to get lunch at Beestekraal.
15:00 – Arrive back at ADA
ADA will be playing the rugby inside the Cradle Gin Bar, so be sure to stay over and watch South Africa take on Romania.
16:00 – Depart for home

Cancellation policy
A R1500pp non-refundable deposit is required to secure your entry. Riders wanting to cancel will forfeit the following part of their entry fee:
- 75% of the total entry fee (less deposit) will be retained for admin costs and the balance refunded, if written notice via email is received before 1 August 2023.
- 50% of total entry fee (less deposit) will be refunded if written notice via email is received before 25 August 2023.
- After 25 August 2023, 0% will be refunded but riders will still be able to receive their goodie bags.
Rallye Raid will take place regardless of weather, and will only be canceled, re-routed or stopped for safety reasons. In this event, entry fees are not refundable but will be transferable to the new event date. The organizers reserve the right to increase the cost, by no more than 15%, should the event be postponed for whatever reason.
