A suggestion is that you after the  download a tracks and “fly it” with Google Earth. It will give you an idea exactly what the routes feel like.  If you’re not familiar with Google Earth then pop us a mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we’ll send you instructions to get you up to speed!

Here is what you need to do:  for website purposes cut all this and put on full routes with plenty points – it makes “flying” more fun.

Step 1
Choose a track you want to ride and click on it.  The track will open up in Mapsource. .

Step 2
In Mapsource click the View tab and choose “View in Google Earth”  (if you haven’t got Google Earth it’s a few download and is a “must” for any adventure rider!)

Step 3
In Google Earth, go to my places, click Mapsource then as it opens up, click “Tracks”  and uncheck the “points” box.  As you zoom in closer (to about 50 miles) you’ll see the whole route without clutter – just the  waypoints we’ve added.

Step 4
Click on the actual route and you’ll see the 3-dotted button at the bottom of “My Places” open up - the “Play Tour” button.

Some Info

1. The routes will all be recorded on GPS and the track points will not be filtered but rather we will create 2 tracks per day . This means it will  follow the exact track and The  Route will also be rough marked i.e. corners only and one confirmation marker.
2. You have to use your GPS units trackback function to enable navigation via the OFFROAD routing engine.
3. Always choose OFFROAD routing. Don’t use the option “ FOLLOW ROAD” …..NEVER !!!!!!
